If you register for a class and later become unable to attend, we will happily offer you store credit if you notify us at least 5 days before the class. For example, if your class is on October 12, you must contact us by October 7 in order to receive store credit. After the cut off date for your class, we are unable to offer credits of any kind, or honor reschedule requests.
Our classes require a great deal of pre-planning, including ordering supplies and tools, and booking staff and instructors. As a small business, it's extremely difficult for us to absorb these costs and keep our class fees low.
In fairness to all of our customers, we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons of illness, travel or family emergency. If you're unable to attend your class, we suggest giving your spot to a friend!
Enrollment minimums and maximums are set by our instructors. In the event that a class minimum is not met, the class will be cancelled and likely rescheduled. If The Craft House must cancel a class for any reason, you will be offered a full refund, or we will offer you a place in the class the next time it is scheduled.
